Do i need to be home for pickup or delivery?

If your location requires gate codes or special instructions, you can add those in your account or upload a photo so our driver knows exactly where to go.
Will my clothes be mixed with other customers’ laundry?
Never.
Your laundry is washed and dried separately, every time. It’s part of our commitment to quality, care, and treating your clothes like our own.
What’s the turnaround time?

Your freshly washed and folded laundry is typically returned the very next day after pickup. Need it sooner? Just select an expedited return option at checkout.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

When is my card charged?
Your card is charged only after your laundry has been cleaned—no surprises, just straightforward service you can count on.
What should I put my laundry in for the first pickup?
Getting started is easy.
For your first pickup, use a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag (or similar)—just no hampers or boxes, please.
As you continue using The Daily Spin, you’ll receive your very own Daily Spin laundry bag after your third pickup, making future pickups even more seamless and part of your routine.

We handle everyday laundry—but a few items fall outside our scope.
This includes items that require dry cleaning, as well as materials like leather, suede, non washable rugs, and pet beds. For safety and quality reasons, we’re also unable to accept heavily soiled items, biohazard- or mold-contaminated items, oil-soaked items, or anything exposed to hazardous substances.

If you’re staying in a hotel, you can leave your laundry with the front desk for pickup and delivery. Just make sure your bag is clearly labeled with your name so we can easily identify it.
